We travel often due my husband working at refineries. This place would be listed at the bottom of my favorites. You are given... free rolls. The rolls were soft and fresh, however there was way too much parmasean seasoning on them. We ordered ChickenMarsala. This is my favorites dish.. i have eaten it at over 50+ restaurants in my lifetime. We ate less than half of ourdishes. The chicken was on a bed of angel hair pasta with Marshall sauce and mushrooms. That is it. First, the chicken breastwere tuff to cut. There was only mushrooms. No bake or cream potatoes with bell peppers. The marsala sauce was horrible. Worst Iever had. Tasted as though the majority of the sauce came straight out of a can of Mushroom soup. The meal came with a smallsalad. When I say small, you had lettuce, 2 small slices of tomato that looked like it belonged on a Hamburger. Shreddedmozzarella cheese, and a cup of dressing. Our meal was $50 & we left hungry. I think that most of the good reviews is based uponthe locals. This is a small town and many locals probably don't travel much to compare to other Italian restaurants. We just happened upon Roma Italian looking for a place to park our semi and oh my , am I so glad we did! It's been saved in... favorites! The owners were so welcoming, it was an all around great experience from beginning to end. The absolute best RibeyeSteak I've had from anywhere! Anywhere! Ever! And we eat at places all over the lower 48. My husband had a Calzone and had themadd extra ingredients and he's still talking about how fresh the ingredients were. This place is phenomenal!!!! Family owned by the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They treat you like family as soon as you... walk through the door. The food is outstanding!!! Everything I've had from the manicotti to the shrimp primavera is delicious.My absolute favorite meal is the chicken genova. I could eat it every time and never get tired of it. You could make a meal ofthe fresh garlic knots, hot marinara and/or pesto. You have got to try this place. The dessert is amazing too. Good beer andwine selection as well. Dinner was so good we got takeout two days later for lunch and it was perfect!!! Read more

Review updat: 3/24/22 I had the Chicken De Roma again and it was much better than the first time. The chicken didn't have a bad... flavor like the first time. The bred was good. I will go back again. I am leaving my first review up for now but I do believethey are making improvements. First review: I had the Chicken De Roma and my wife had the Spaghetti Marinara. The chickentasted awful so I asked how it was cooked and was told it was pre cooked frozen chicken. The menu says home made pasta but itisn't. The Spaghetti Marinara was ok. It's sad, another restaurant using pre cooked frozen food. Read more

Excellent service and the food was beyond expectations! I had the combo which delicious. The bread and pesto were on par also.... I highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely stop in when I visit the area again. Thank you! Read more
