If I could leave zero stars I promise I would. This place is a joke. Ordered extra nacho cheese and didn?t get it even brought... it to the employees attention and she told me what I did and didn?t order. I was given burnt to a crisp fiesta potatoes. Therewas little to no meat on my boyfriend?s burrito when I paid for extra beef. Would not recommend going during the day shift. It?slike this everytime I go during the day. Read more
The food was decent but the children that work there are to self involved ignoring customers until there ready to help them.
This Taco Bell is always messing up and out of everything. Worst Taco Bell in history. Everytime I go here they either get my... order wrong and exclude items from the order or they are out of things. Everytime! I will never return. This last excuse for nothaving the items I came to order was, "We got busy and forgot to drop rice." Absolutely unacceptable. No accountability andapparently the management doesn't care to run things properly. Read more

Ihate you have to order at the machine not at counter, not why I would spend money to eat out have to stand and do taco bell... employees job, I dont care your short staffed , hire employees or close your business. Because that's not the customerresponsibility. Read more
They have odd hours for the lobby, but I assume it is due to shortage of staff that has afflicted many food service businesses.... They are quick and majority of the time special orders are made properly. I assume the errors were due to my companionsproclivity to make outlandish special requests. Have frequented this facility multiple times while working in Borger. Read more
The food is always good and quick service. But what I love about this Taco Bell is the friendly service every time I come.
The breakfast burritos were very good but the customer service leaves something to be desired. The team member was pleasant... enough but her supervisor was extremely rude and very short when we greated her with hello. Read more
