I've just tasted your Bourbon barrel aged stout, and it seems to me there is no flavor from the barrel at all, just the... chocolatey flavor that I find too overpowering. I've tasted quite a few bourbon barrel stouts so I have a good idea about howthis product tastes. The 7.5% alcohol content indicates that maybe you didn't leave the stout in the barrels long enough. Usually, the alcohol content is above 10% and higher. Good luck. Oh, I just thought of another thing: I had to remove the corkwith a corkscrew, it was impossible for me to pry or twist off. Read more
