We drove past several fast food options to come to this BK because we like it. Well the woman at the counter was rather quick... and rude and they were out of lettuce as stated but the whopper didn?t have real cheese or pickles or onions or tomatoes orlettuce. Funny I did ask for tomatoes on my chicken sandwich they charged and added them. Don?t bother?. They are cuttingcorners and charging for things that otherwise come on the sandwich. Won?t be back. Every time I go there the service is bad. I give them a chance every few months because they are one of the few fastfood... restaurants in the area (sometimes convenience trump's my better judgement), but I still regret it every time. Tonight, therewas no other cars in the drive thru but myself. But for some reason the server asked me to pull to the back of the restaurantand wait for my order there. I declined because it was very dark and I didn't feel safe doing so, especially with my baby in thback seat (for some reason my reply elicited an amused smile, almost laugh.) Then she asked me to "back up than" because hertimer was going. I wasn't sure what the issue was concerning the timer as I have never worked fast food but it dons on me thatwouldn't the whole purpose of a "timer," in relation to an order being placed, be meant to reflect the amount of time it takesfor them to complete said order? I asked for my receipt but was told the machine that prints it was broken. I asked for themanager and was informed she was the manager on duty. She was polite enough (and apologized) as I expressed my dissatisfactionbut this is not the first time I've had almost this exact experience with this Burger King. Since the food is only slightlybetter than the service, I highly recommend stopping at the Roadhouse next door, where the food is great and the service alwaysexcellent. Read more
The gentleman that took our order name Dayquan was very professional very polite patient and helped us with our first time using... the app to get our coupons for our order. If zero stars was possible I would give them one. First I asked for a receipt and the receipt part of the machine was broken.... Then I order a double plant based patty and they charged me for double cheese and didn?t put it on there. Also the sprite filterwasn?t working and my soda was just carbonated. And the cashier had an attitude like it was my fault. Read more
This place was grubby. Like leaves you with that "ick" feeling. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting and the amount of flies in... the dining area was extremely unappetizing. When we went to fill out fountain drinks with soda ants came out and into our cup.It was pretty disgusting. And then after telling someone that worked there what happened, we watched her spray some sort ofcleaning solution into where the soda comes out and into your cup. I'll admit I'm no expert, but that doesn't seem like how youshould handle that. Read more
The inside of this Burger King is like a time capsule straight out of the 80s, really tripped me out after hours of desert... driving. It was clean and quick service at lunch time on 7/7/22. Some of these reviews are ridiculous - it's fast food, and itwas the first sign of civilization I'd seen in hours; it provided a hot meal to fuel the next leg of my journey, what more couldI want? First was in drive thru... the speaker was broken. We went in and was told no sausage. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a... large hashbrown. Hashbrowns were warm.. and ok.
