I tried to order by phone, it wouldn't let me, then I go some foreign guy, i could barely understand, so, i just hung up and... ordered thru drive up winfow!! Slow, but food was warm & person at window was nice!! Read more
The food was good. Getting the order right and complete was the issue. At the window we checked and food was missing and... drinks were wrong. The young female manager argued, talked over me, and talked down to me in a sassy manner. Veryunprofessional. The young man who took the order repeated it back but still got it wrong and had a bad attitude as well. Finally a young male manager was called over and he was professional, listened to me, gave me the missing food at no extracharge, and most importantly, he apologized to me. He is the reason I gave three stars instead of one. I'm sorry if thisoffends anyone. I'm just being honest. Read more
Yesterday I order two number one bacon breakfast burritos with Xmas chile and xtra bacon, i show up to pickup my call in order... and the doors are locked with no sign explaining anything, annoyed I roll through the drive through and I receive both burritoswith xtra bacon, but missing any potatoes at all! Today exact repeat order, I receive two burritos WITH POTATOES this time, butmissing the xtra bacon? when I pay for something I expect to get it. Why am I not? How can 60% of the burrito filler beingpotatoes not be put in? Wack. If only their where a Stripes down here I could give my money to instead. Blake?s gets worse andwires and worse. Waited 30 minutes on hold to place a future order because there automated system doesn?t do future orders, while on hold walked... in to store to make the order and all the employees where sitting in the back, placed an order for that next morning, payed forit, went to pick it up the next morning and it wasn?t ready, they had no record of it. To get a refund took forever, I didn?thave the time to wait. When I?ve actually got my items in the past the food is good, only reason for the additional star. Read more
Came here on TWO different occasions where they close at 9pm. Google shows that they are open until 10pm? We pull up and the... window girl sees us enter the drive-thru. Instead of letting us know anything they decided to close the blinds, acting like noone is there. Do everyone a FAVOR and update your hours, if this isn?t your regular hours! Also, I did happen to call while Iwas sitting in the drive-thru to ASK the young lady, if they closed at 9pm or 10pm. Didn?t have enough respect to at leastanswer the phone, but she closed the blinds to let us know for sure. Read more
I have not eaten at Blake's or admittedly many restaurants since the Covid but boy was I disappointed. I ordered a Lota Combo... with double meat. I got what I think was an Itsa Combo with bacon which I didn't want and a single patty and I was charged$12.80! I'm disappointed I got the Itsa Burger and even more disappointed if that actually was a Lota Burger which they chargedme for because if it is they have really downsized the burgers. The beef tasted nothing like I remember and was just reallybelow average all the way around. Someone told me recently that Blake's had gone down hill but I didn't want to believe it, Iguess they were right. Read more
Fries were cold and only about 15 in bag. Ordered no tomatoes had tomatoes ordered chili on the side no chili in bag had to... turn around and go back. The guy taking orders had gloves didn?t bother to change them while handling food and money. Read more
