2 customers in the restaurant. 10:33pm. They close at midnight. I came here because of bad service at a restaurant just... before coming here. I was quickly greeted and seated, in the back. I knew this could not be good. Shortly the server nicelygreeted me with a smile. She took my drink and appetizer order. Quickly brought my drink and forgot the straw. Took my orderbut never brought my straw. Then about 10 minutes later brought my dining choice, not quite correct and still no straw. Andtold me that my appetizer choice was already gone for the day. Then she walked away. She was doing some cleaning nearby and Iasked for some extra sauce and my straw. She brought the sauce but still no straw. Mind you there are NO customers at thispoint but me. I finally asked her for my straw again. And she had one this time. It's amazing how people don't focus on theirwork or the customers these days. Although she was friendly... Im appalled. Read more
1 star is an actual courtesy. Where do I begin, we were not greeted at the door but rudely advised to sit in the booth straight... ahead. We were seated for about 10mins before anyone ever acknowledged us. Once acknowledged we placed our drink order and Iasked what were the specials. I specifically came for the half priced appetizers. My order was taken and 5mins later the servercame back explaining a boneless wing special. We accepted the special. We literally waited 45mins for our appetizers come out!Once we received the appetizers we asked why did it take so long and we were advised that they were trying to prep for the nextday and the kitchen staff was having issues. Meanwhile the bartender was eating wings with the customer (coworker that was off),all of the kitchen Staff came out and sat at the bar and started conversing with them. The shift leader literally walked aroundas if nothing was going on. He was stocking and setting the empty tables. This is the worst experience I've ever had here. Theamount of profanity and unprofessionalism appalled me. Several staff members were playing and laughing while food was beingserved. The server was polite and new. He did his best to accommodate us but this was beyond me. Management needs to address thestaff and set boundaries and professional guidelines. Read more
Our waitress was kind and patient with me taking forever to order lol but she was prompt with bringing out our food and... drinks! I like Applebees drink special and then I got the chicken wonton tacos and the blondie dessert and it was all verytasty! Read more
If you are in the Shreveport Bossier area go anywhere else for dinner besides this filthy place. Our waitress seated us and... never came back. Another waitress served our food because ours was nowhere to be found. After our food dissatisfaction we alsosat for 45 minutes for our bill to leave. Our food was nothing like the standard of the one in Monroe. Of all the waitresses wegot the one that liked her job the least. Total price a little over 60 dollars. I gave her, the waitress that finally came outto work again, a bill and she said she had no change. Really?! I just need less than 40 dollars back. I think she realized Iknew she had failed us as a waitress and she wasn't getting a tip. YEAH THIS WAS A LONG POST BUT I WANT TO SAVE ALL DINERS SOMETIME MONEY AND POOR SERVICE. Read more

Our waitress (the dread head girl, Misha????) was awesome!! So friendly and always on top of everything without us even asking!... The pasta was so good and the Sweet Asian Chile Sauce for our wings was *chef's kiss*????very happy with our first experiencehere and we will definitely be back!! Read more
I had the best time here recently. Our waiter, Chris, was so amazing!! He took very good care of us and made sure we were set.... You can tell that he cares about people! The food was very hot and fresh, and the drinks were very, very delicious. Overall theatmosphere was very relaxed and inviting. We will definitely be coming here again. Read more
My 1st time coming here and what a bust ! I travel a lot so Applebee's is my "go to " spot daily on the road. I sat at the bar,... make an order for food and a beer, and didn't receive my beer at all! Once the server comes to make me a beer it's like 12-15mins later. I said no thanks to it. She was nice but not very helpful. Then my food comes out and I notice this RAW SHRIMP onmy food. The server is going back and forth with me declaring it's cooked. So unacceptable of service!
