The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I was the only person at counter and for fifteen minutes not one staff member came to ask... for my order. Finally a couple came in and I was helped sort of. Me and my 2 grandkids ordered and giving our cups but there wasnothing but water and Fanta so I asked if they could please get our drinks since they were out in lobby and was told no. I askedfor more ice in my cup(only had 4 cubes in a large) was told to wait while she helped two other customers then walked off tillour food was ready then gave me 2 more cubes. They skimp on the fries, and usually there's pickles even when I say no pickles. They don't make your pickup order until you... actually arrive, so the only perk of ordering online is the rewards points. Otherwise, the service is good and the food nevertakes too long. Read more

Sat in the drive through, not moving for over 10 minutes. Went into the store and the other customers were near rioting. Does... dash drivers were waiting for ages, there were almost no drinks left in the soda machine (there wasn?t a single coke type in thecoke machine), the manager was screaming at customers, it was chaos.
