Absolutely horrible. My steak was dry, rice was over cooked and dry, my asparagus wasn't cooked at all and the waiter didn't... bring us napkins. Asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened and they never brought us another one after asking multiple times. Read more
Ordered the dip trio. One dip was wrong when brought to the table. Waiter said "oh no problem I'll bring it and you can keep the... wrong one" Asked the waiter 3 times after that to bring the correct dip and it seemed like he directly ignored coming to ourtable and never brought it. We had more service from the food runner than our waiter tonight. I never got offered a drink refilluntil the end of the meal when the waiter asked 4 times if we wanted Togo drinks to wich we repeatedly told him "No". Myboyfriend did get one drink refill and also my boyfriend ordered shrimp to top his ribeye and it did not come with his steak.The main course came out 10 min before we could get anyone to bring us silverware to even eat it. Tonight was terrible. I feltso bad for the food runner. He pretty much took the time to fix all of the problems that the waiter caused so we split the $10tip between the waiter and the food runner. The food was generally good. My bf has an onion allergy that was told to the waiter,however an onion still found it's way onto his plate, mixed in with the loaded potatoes. I had the individual chicken fajitaswith the 3 for me deal. Delicious with the exception of the hard rice. We will not be back to this restaurant. Maybe not eventhe chain as a whole. Read more
The only thing good about this restaurant was the waitress. The table and chairs were sticky. Salt shaker was greasy and dirty.... The food, hamburgers were greasy and undercooked. Needs a complete cleaning. Will not return. Read more
We ordered chips and salsa and salads. The entrées arrived before the appetizer. Except that there was no dressing for the... salads. And the avocado ($1 extra!) was completely brown on one side... Later we asked for more chips and salsa and the waitressbrought us a ticket instead. We wanted drink refill, but instead I managed to get a to go cup, since it never was refilledduring the meal. I have to say this was disappointing. This is to be one of the better Chili's in the area. This day there was only one person on... the floor. The waitress was doing her best seating people and taking orders. They were using kitchen staff to bring food out. Iknow many places are struggling because of staff issues, but this is getting too be to much. Not only were they under staffedbut the place was dirty. There was one other guy walking around "looking" busy, but not. I hope things get better. Read more
My all time favorite restaurant. This fajita trio was more than enough. I ended up getting double shrimp instead of a chicken... side. Very very good. There was so much meat that I was able to eat quite a bit and still make 4 full tacos. Definitely ahealthy option. Read more
I didn't like it at all!! I ordered a meal that came with rice and beans but ???? wow I didn't expect the horrible rice they... served me. It literally looked like I was eating it raw, hard and dry it looked old ??????????? . The burgers were delicious (Itwasn't mine but I tried them) An i said my self "why didn't you order a burger"? ??????????????? The waiter was nice but Ididn't like my food or the strawberry lemonade, it looked better like a smoothie ??????????? I don't know if I went back to thatsame place, it was dirty and even the menus had mayonnaise or I don't know what they had but they were dirty. My bad experienceto be the first time in that place. We did curbside pickup. The service was okay. Nothing really to be expected from a curbside pickup. My husband ordered the... chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was hot but the fries were more cold than warm. I ordered the fajitas and everythingwas great except for the spoiled tomatoes. Read more
