I had Dillas in Shreveport on my radar but hadn?t made it to check it out yet. Since we are always going to Bossier this was a... perfect opportunity to try the new Dillas out. While ordering at the counter the employees were super friendly and helpful. Wedecided on the Lone Star which has smoked brisket inside and paired it with the corn salad & back beans. Everything wasdelicious! And the Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce was excellent. I will certainly be back and am looking forward to trying theBuffalo Bacon & Hot Hatch quesadillas next.
