I have gone here 3 times to pick up my husband's food for him and every single time I've gone the ladies are sitting down at the... tables on there phone. I go up to the counter and they are walking up to the counter on their phone. I stand there and they saynothing just looking at their phones. I have to say something after I already said hello as soon as I walk in the door and theysay nothing. When I say I'm here to pick up an order they look at me and say what's the name with an attitude like I'm botheringthem. I will not be back and I will be calling corporate office tomorrow morning. One of my favorite places to go if I?m looking for something quick and consistent! Have ordered here several times over the past... 3 years and I?ve never had an issue with the food or service. I love eating here. We never have problems with our orders. We get our sandwiches quickly every single time. We?ve eaten here... over ten times in the past year or two. Occasionally there are less than model employees being too loud or goofing off, but hey,I had a first job once, too. Read more
LOVE Jimmy Johns, but the staff lately... my order is always wrong.. jimmy it up, they leave it plain. Add onions, they jimmy it... up! Half the time they ask me what it is I'm ordering and it's evident there's been 0 training. I now have to watch them makethe sandwich and interrupt when they screw it up. My whole order was wrong, they were NOT busy at all just screwing around when we got there to pick up my order. I was highly... disappointed with the messy way they wrapped the sandwich?s. I took time to add names on the sandwich?s and it was not labeled.There was avocado ALL OVER the outsides in the bread and paper was WRAPPED INTO the sandwich.
