Apathetic staff and manager. I ordered a pizza for pick up today and waited inside for nearly 30 minutes after being told it was... in the oven. I finally asked for a refund. Then, I was told I could not get a receipt for the refund. When I called the managerhe said my order was put out on the buffet. I am not unreasonable, but I felt I should have been told my wait would be longer ora mistake had been made. The cashier was not only apathetic, but just plain rude. My time is valuable, too. Normally good. But my breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were very stale. And not tasty
Pizza was good . Ordered on line and it was delivered really quick.

Pizza had very little cheese around the edges but always hot and fresh
If you're looking for something besides the normal franchises for pizza I think it's worth a stop. I wouldn't do the buffee... after 1pm though. 12:30 had pizza that had cooled off on the buffet. Dessert pizza was yum tho. The crust is good. Read more
Friendly staff. But they needed to give a little more attention to the buffet. What was there had been there for quite awhile. ... However, the manager did make half a pizza for us per request. In all fairness, we arrived towards the very end of the buffethours. I think they could improve by not offering the buffet within 30 to 45 minutes of closing. I want everyone to understandthat I love Johnny's pizza and their employees! Just a little constructive criticism to make a great pizza house a littlebetter. Read more
lunch buffet was lacking upon arrival but once it was pointed out to them they quickly stocked buffet and pizza was pretty good.
