My wife ordered meals online, went by and picked it up. Drove 30 minutes home after a long difficult day. Open the bags and... found a note in the bottom of the bags stating they were out of the soups ordered. that consisted of half the entire order, butthey still so conveniently charged her for all of it. After calling and speaking to the manager she offered no sympathy orapology just offered to refund the items that got charged incorrectly. She ate here a lot. However this is our last time to eathere. Poor management, inconsiderate staff, mediocre food at best. Good luck. Read more
I was craving a club sandwich for a few days and the King Club hit the spot. It was after dark when I got there and no other... diners were in the restaurant. I had a side of potato salad which was good and some tea. The employees were friendly and thefood was good, and so I had a nice, quiet, peaceful dinner. Read more
Worse place I have ever eaten. Only 3 people in line to order but took 25 minutes. No idea who the manager is but should be... fired. Poor girl up front had to take orders, fill drinks, bag up to go orders all alone. Poor management of staff. Only 2clean tables available mostly all others filled with trash and needed to be cleaned. 5 or 6 people in kitchen. Poor girl upfront can't do it all alone. Pitiful. Read more
My husband and I left a tip for the girl helping us and as we were leaving we seen another lady take the tip. This is extremely... disheartening. When we leave a tip we expect that tip to be for the person helping us. Not for another worker to take that tipfrom their coworker. Do better mccallisters Read more
This was my 2nd trip to McAlister's. The 1st time was fantastic. This trip was awful. I did not get what I ordered. I a salad... instead of the sandwich I ordered. The beef in my son's French dip was stringy and caused him to choke. The employees werebickering on the edge of fighting in front of the customers. All in all I'm really bad visit. Read more
One star for your friendly staff, but everything else was a utter disappointment. For the price you get the smallest sandwich... ever produced on a dirty plate to boot. We were the first customers there and our table was still dirty. Skip this place and gosomewhere else. Read more

I would give a 0 star if I could. Very disappointed . The service is horrible and very rude people up front . I placed an order... to go and read it back to them 3 times and the receipt even said what I ordered? I waited an hour for my food, I get it my foodand it?s all wrong. I take it back.. the woman catches an attitude and then they remake it.. She brings it back out for thesecond time and I check it AGAIN and it is wrong again!!! I take it back, and tell them . Same thing again, it was wrong. Theytake it back and the third time I get my sandwiches and check them, there is a piece of cardboard on my sandwich. I take it thewoman once again, but this time she snatches it from me and gets mad. I asked for the manager multiple times but no one cameforward for a while. Finally someone did. Regardless of being compensated for it or not, no customer should be treated with thedisrespect that I felt and experienced today. I love mccallisters but this experience has ruined it for me. I understandmistakes happen but they shouldn?t happen 3-4 times on a basic sandwich.. I finally gave up and just took the sandwiches . Butthey?re still wrong. One had 1 small piece of avocado on it , and I got a sandwich with bacon on it and what do you know, thereis still no bacon or cheese or Mayo. Just meat, bread, and a nickel sized piece of avocado . On my other sandwich there was noMayo after asking for Mayo as well as no cheese on it . I am disappointed and will not be back. But I will be making a call tocorporate so that they know what kind of business is being tan in bossier city . Do better. I?m sure I?m not the first toexperience this nor will I be the last. Read more
