What a nice place! The leather upholstery was comfortable and the ambiance was elegant but casual. The drinks were super fresh-... I love that they have a variety of mojito flavors! The guava Mojito was a great choice- they do have some kick to them aswell! I also enjoyed my shrimp fajita salad, it was obviously prepared fresh & was a lot of good! My wife and I had dinner at Pedro's in Bossier City last night. The place was packed which surprised me being that it was a... Wednesday night. Only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The interior of this restaurant is very nice with comfortableseating. We didn't have to wait very long for our food, which was very good. I had the Chimichanga plate and my wife orderedthe ground beef nachos. Portions were more than adequate and the prices were reasonable. What's not to like. We'll definitelygo back. Read more

Very nice new spot in Bossier. Chips are good and salsa is refreshing. I had cheese enchiladas. Rice and beans were great, but... the cheese enchiladas were kind of plain. Great service and atmosphere. Place looks great. Will be back. Read more
Let me start by saying do not let the cars deter you from visiting! It will look packed but we sat as soon as we entered and did... not see a line during our visit. I ordered the tacos Mexicana( steak). See picture below. Delicious ! People next to me ordered the Mesquite Grill. It feeds 2... people.I have never seen anything like that before. Quite the site. Very delicious. Beef burrito was lacking, but giving some slack because they just opened. Chile Relleno was delicious.... Watermelon margarita was very good. Salsa was refreshing and different from other salsas I?ve had. Will come here again. Read more
I visited on a Friday right around noon. When we entered it wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. I believe it was the... manager who came over and told us about some off menu items and suggested we try them. I declined because there was a HUGE signat the entrance with oysters and other options that I was interested in. I asked our waiter if there were oysters available andhe brought a separate menu for them, so be sure to ask the host for one. There were too many delicious options to chose from, sowe chose the oyster sampler, comprised of 3 of each of the varieties, for a total of 18 oysters. LISTEN...THEY WERE AMAZING! IfI had one complaint, it would be the onions on a couple of the oysters...just felt like they would've been great without thembut I will DEFINITELY be returning for more oysters! I also had the chicken and steak fajitas, which came out sizzling with allof the fixings on the side. They were delicious as well. Our waiter was so pleasant and attentive, which added to out greatexperience. Can't wait to visit again when it's more lively and hopefully catch some live music ???????? Read more
