They give very little food and their attitude sucks this place used to be very good but the food is horrible now and not fresh
The food is not fresh! I took my plate back to them and tried to explain to them that it was cold and not fresh. They disagreed... with my complaint and refuse to give me a refund. I asked for the manager number and they gave me a fake number. The customerservice is just as horrible as the food. Read more
This is my first time here and My experience was very bad. I got my food and I didn't like it. It was sloggy, mushy and all and... all in-edible and they told me they would not give me another option to eat or give me a refund. I was arguing with her for 20minutes just to receive a small portion of food when she finally gave me what I wanted. In conclusion, the customer service wasterrible and I wouldn't recommend AT ALL. I used to love eating here, but my last 2 experiences have been terrible. The time before last, I came on my lunch break, which... is 10-11. I showed Up at 10:15 and they told me that they wasn?t ready yet. I sat down at the table in front of them and waitedAnother 30 minutes with the lady just standing there looking at me. After another 10 minutes, a girl walked up to them andordered some food. I was Frustrated because i was There for almost all my lunch break, waiting, and wasn?t notified that theywere ready. My last experience was yesterday, I showed up to get food around 12 and I got myself a 2 entree plate with sesameand honey chicken with noodles. When eating the food it tasted like it had been sitting out awhile, but I assumed it was mytaste buds being thrown off from my last sickness. After that, I started to feel nauseous and stomach felt funny. Around 7 isfeel I realized that I had food poisoning because I started to vomit and had bad diarrhea constantly from 7 pm to 4 am. I wasfinally able to go to sleep and see the doctor in the morning. The ladies working there are always friendly and willing to help. Free samples and enormous portions. The 3 item Togo plate is... enough for two or a guaranteed leftover meal for tomorrow. Recommend the Bourbon chicken and ask for them to put some Bourbonsauce on your friend rice. So good! Read more
