I would give 1 star if I could but since I have to give one to share my experience it will have to do. I ordered a pizza mobile... through my app, my card was charged and I received the email saying that it was received and being cooked. Hour or so goes byand no pizza. So I call and they claim they ?never received my order? yet I have proof I was charged via bank account & my emailconfirmation order! I went back and forth several minutes with a guy and finally told him I would come up there because I?m notgoing to keep repeating myself. So I go to Pizza Hut on BARKSDALE. The young man by the name of ?Kail? says he can?t do anythingabout it they never charged me and I never ordered a pizza. Even though I literally showing this man my transactions and emails.He wanted me to pay yet another $20 something for a pizza and reorder. Nope absolutely not!! So it ended with a few cuss words(because what kind of customer service) and I got the cooperate number and spoke to a nice girl named Melinda! Apparently, when my husband arrived to pick up our order it was discovered that a driver had mistakenly taken our order to be... delivered. The manager was very apologetic and we understand that mistakes do happen. They were able to reach the driver, whothen returned our pizzas. Read more
They were so busy and yet kept their composure with all of us in there picking up at one time. I even told the manager how proud... he should be of all those kids keeping it professional & courteous! Today I ordered $314 worth of pizza and sides to feed 24 airmen forced to work the flightline this weekend. There were only TWO... people working and they got the entire order ready with no mistakes in under 90 minutes. I ordered at 12:50pm and I picked up at2:15. They were incredibly polite and helpful, even hand writing labels for the multiple pizza boxes. Would highlyrecommend! Their restroom was also clean. Read more
Placed online order. @ 6:15 received txt saying order was out for delivery. I received order at 6:52! Looks good but Over 30 min... in transit and yep the pizza was barely warm! Pizza tasted like the pizza box it was sitting in for nearly a hour! Normally oneof our cats, Logan, always goes for the pizza. Not this time. He wanted nothing to do with it. Read more
