Horrible customer service. Go through the line & order 5 piece tender (only got 4) with fries & 3 large mashed potatoes. Paid... $24 only for 3 small mashed potatoes & 4 tenders 2 medium drinks. We let them know we only received 3 small mash when ordered 3large & was charged $8 more. therefore we have 9 small cups of mashed potatoes & 4 piece tender meal for $32. not very happywould?ve love to spend my $33 elsewhere for more food & worth the money.. Employees, besides 2 genuine people, were disrespectful and extremely lazy. We asked for a highchair and got a reply from one of... the employees that made me think twice about spending our money their. "We only have one highchair but it's real dirty so we putit outside." I went outside, grabbed the chair, and used their cleaning rags and a soap bucket to clean up the "dirty chair".Nothing but rude looks and behavior from them. Please understand I did accidentally spill my cup of ice after they ran out ofhoney. Food was not at all good. I'm serious. Don't go here until they change management. I sensed a bit racism as well. Popeyes Parasites???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? I wouldn't advise anyone to eat Popeyes chicken ???? in bossier City... Louisiana. They have parasites in there coleslaw and possibly their chicken. Thankfully Chime reimbursed me . Ordered a 5 mixed meal. Ended up receiving 2 wings , a leg , and a mangled looking thigh. It's like they picked the worst pieces... of chicken they could find. Plus shorting me a piece. Popeyes used to have great chicken, now not a bit of pride in what theyserve. Read more

The food was cold and old. The tender was half the size it was supposed to be so she gave me five due to them being small on a... three-piece meal. The food looked and tasted like it was seating out and you can taste the grease. Read more
