Y'all I called ahead to Shane's Seafood To Geaux, I asked if they served hamburgers. She so politely said yes Ma'am we do. You... can select your bread, they have white,wheat or jalapeño. I selected jalapeño. Then Y'all you get to select yourcheese:American,cheddar or pepper jack. Wait y'all,then you get to select the size patty you want. I went with 1/3 pound burger.When I tell y'all this was the best burger I have had since I have moved here. So I decided to try it again today ( one weeklater) and y'all it is still the best burger in town. I forgot to tell Y'all that you can select your side too... tonight Iselected the fried okra. We?ve been going to Shane?s for years. Every location is fantastic, but it?s nice having this brand new option just a few miles... away. We always get the thin and crispy catfish or the blackened chicken breast, but the last time I checked, there were 154items on the menu to choose from. There are options for everyone. The young man behind the counter (Jonathan) was a HUGE help , I don?t normally eat fast food due to my diet , but he was quick... to redirect me a healthy alternative on the menu and the Baked fish was exquisite!!!! I know they just opened but aren?t they an established restaurant already? Our meal was awful last night. The crawfish etouffee... was sour and disgusting. I?m surprised I?m not sick from the two bites I had. Ribs were mostly fat and so dry. My toddler?sburgers were just burnt hockey pucks on just as crispy bread, with no cheese. It was just bad.
