I've been here a couple times now and each time has been great. The longest I have seen a group wait was 20 minutes, and the... waitresses are always kind. The restaurant is kept clean, the staff is attentive, and the bathrooms are very nice. There isplenty of space so you don't feel like you are sitting up on other patrons. As for the food, I've had to order a meal to gobecause it was so good. I've had the steak, burgers, pulled pork sandwich, melted cheese and artichoke dip appetizers, fries,chicken strips, and baked potato. All were delicious, especially the burger and pulled pork sandwich. The burger was cookedjust like I like and the sandwich was juicy with just enough of the smoked flavor. Traveled to Shreveport for business. Go there the night before and decided to try this restaurant. Was disappointed. I called it... in. Got the food, got in the car. No barbecue sauce. Went back in got some. Left and arrived at my hotel. Unpacked the food,nothing to eat with. Had to use the lid from the coleslaw. The amount of food for $21.00 was not acceptable. The cheesy potatoesdidn?t taste right, plus she only put a small amount in the container as if she scraped the last small amount out of the pan. Ittasted burnt. 3:00am I was in the bathroom with an upset stomach. Stomach wasn?t quite right for the 3 days in Shreveport. Won?tever go there again. I?ll go to Podnuhs instead. It was very moist and not dry. I got onion fries and Au gratin potatoes as mysides. First time I had this Au gratin potatoes. They are amazing and have a little kick to it. The disappointment I had waswith the sauce and the drinks. There was no sauce provided with the platter. There was a bottle of liquid sauce not that great.Based on our request they provided a thick sauce in the cup. Being a travern I expected little bit on the drinks.
