Today is 7/30/22. It storm earlier this evening. I went through the drive through. It was about 1100p. I was told that the... electricity was out even though it was lights on in the store. Only the drive thru is open so I could only order outside. The employee took my order 2x and still got it wrong. I ordered... chicken nuggets and had to ask for sauce again after I ordered at the drive thru. I was told by the worker I'd be charged"extra"! The manager on duty just handed me more. I was also charged for nuggets, no fries even though they asked what drink forthe nuggets meal. It became clear they needed more workers but the few people there need to pay attention to details. I ordered a salad ???? on the Wendy?s app., git to the restaurant got my salad and the nuggets which were cold and wasn?t even... on the order so she says, but the salad was all wilted and old was going to request a refund but she told me I had to go tothem, which was the app she was referring to to do that so I just had her to remake my salad over! This was my first visit tothis location I normally drop in on the gang on Airline and Viking Dr in Bossier but this one was right up the way from my newhome. NEVER again will I visits this location! Huge sign outside that says Dining Room Now Open. Walk up, doors locked. I hate this. If your doing room is closed TAKE DOWN... THE SIGN!!! huge waste of time and they don't get my business. Dairy Queen here we come. Read more
