We sought out Anna’s Taqueria after seeing it so highly rated but we were left confused and unsatisfied. I ordered a chicken... quesadilla which, as other reviews describe, is more like a poorly folded burrito with 2 thin slices of cheese and fell apartpretty quickly, whilst my partner ordered a “grilled vegetable” burrito which consisted of raw/steamed broccoli, cauliflowerand pepper which was bland and unseasoned - chopped up there and then. The chicken and beans quesadilla I got from Anna's Taqueria was amazing! It came loaded with my choice of sides like Pico de... gallo, rice, sour cream and guacamole, of course it had delicious cheese already on a toasted white wrap and all of theseingredients were perfect. The only thing I might have a complaint about would be the atmosphere of the restaurant. Specifically,the inside of the Taqueria smelled a little bit fowl, like some food had gone bad or something. I can't place my finger on whatit was but the overall smell inside was just a bit off. Regardless I would highly recommend Anna's Taqueria! Read more
Great place to stop in get some food!
You gotta know what to order here.. I used to think the place was mediocre until I duplicated what I overheard. Super... quesadilla (basically a burrito toasted with cheese). Rice, carnitas, tomato/salsa, lettuce, sour cream For spice I add the hotsauce and jalapeños You can also add chopped grilled veggies (too much for me as I want a burrito not a fork/knifemeal) Obviously can add guacamole More than enough for 2 people. Anna's had the best burritos last time I went a few years ago. I don't know what happened this time. It was disappointingly... tasteless and bland. I might try it again but maybe a different location. Read more
I don't know who rated this restaurant so well, but I received the worst burrito I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The steak was... basically clumps of dried jerky with no flavor. I ordered the burrito with guac, which was not added to my burrito. I was stillcharged extra for the guac though. There are better restaurants all around Anna's that you should go to instead. This was **the worst** restaurant I've ever eaten at. And that should say something given that I've eaten at virtually hundreds... and have not yet bothered write a Yelp review. First of, the food was extremely bland--never have I had a more bland"quesadilla" (really a burrito). Second of all, we purchased fountain drinks yet one fountain was out of syrup (for all drinkssomehow) and the other fountain was out of soda and had a very questionable looking murky water. To wrap it all up, the staff issuper grumpy and customer service was meh (though what to expect when they serve E. coli drinks). Spare yourself food poisoning,and go some place else. Incredibly rude. Staff ignores customers. Waited forever to get any type of acknowledgment about my pick up order and when i... finally did, the guy walks to the back and never returns. Doesn’t seem too sanitary. Food cut on directly table, no cleaningbeforehand, and grabbed a wet rag from the back to simply wipe it. I think that’s gross. Second employee acknowledged meafter customer above got his order made. Waited about 2 minutes still though which didn’t make sense as i stood directly infront of her lol. She Scoffs and hands me order rudely. Like ummm okay?? Staff is just laughing and sweeping etc while food isstill out and open. This was a big concern for me.
