Rustic Italian dishes, delicious wines, tempting dessert menu await! Great selection of brick oven pizzas and pastas. Excellent... entrees with variety for dietary preferences. Larger dinning room is good for groups in the North End. Reservations arerecommended for weekends and busy evenings. A true classic! Read more

Y U M M Y !!!!! Top notch in Italian food. We enjoyed ourselves- great place for a date. The architecture was so pretty which... make the place more magical. ???? The restaurant was too crowded, but this is the only bad comment I have. Read more

Went for a casual dinner on a Thursday night - service was slow and food was just okay. Got the white sangria and calamari to... start, then a seafood risotto and a gnocchi dish. Very few pieces of seafood in the risotto and calamari was average. I've heardfrom others that they had a great experience here so maybe just an off night for us, but not sure we will try again. We ordered pizza and pasta for take out. Pizzas were tasty with prosciutto and veggies, a classic margarita and an original... pistachio pesto with sausage. Would order pizzas again! We also ordered a carbonara with huge chunks of lardons- wouldn’trecommend unless chewing on fat is what you’re after! Read more

Yummy food in North End! My son got the lobster ravioli and enjoyed it so much. I got the lasagna- homemade noodles and sauce... was second only to my dishes in Italy! The atmosphere is busy, exciting, and a bit loud. The staff are knowledgeable andefficient. I recommend making reservations as it was very busy. Read more

It was fine. Nothing special ??????????? I got the dish with rigatoni and sausage and ricotta. I thought our waiter had told me... that the rigatoni was made in-house but it definitely wasn’t. My husband’s bolognese was really yummy with homemade noodles. Read more

I highly recommend them as the best Italian in Boston. Tomato, basil and mozzarella, each ingredient produced excellent flavor... and also blended nicely. I rarely choose to go to Italian restaurants in general because they are typically so heavy and tastetoo strong (e.g salty, oily, too strong cheese…). Antico Forno is not. We had an excellent experience and we were very happy. This must be the true, southern Italian food! Read more
