Bad service. Didn't have anything we wanted. Not going to eat here anymore when I'm in Boston.

Smells like heaven!!
I was disappointed to wait for 10-15 mins for a single pretzel, only to be forgotten as soon as I stepped away. Then I was asked... to wait another 10-15 mins while they got their heads in order and make the pretzel I asked for, which I could not in order tomake my flight. Will not return on any other trips to Boston. Read more
