Aug2022: 2 ?: I would not recommend this location and this restaurant. There was no manager or supervisor on duty and no... cashier to assist with refunds or ordering issues. I stopped by this location while traveling through the airport. I didn'twant to get a big meal, just a snack before my flight. I tried to use the automated ordering terminals, but it indicated thatthere's an error in the terminal and that I would need to see a cashier. Oh, look, there's no cashier to speak to for the orderI placed. I speak to the grill cook and find that he says just wait to see if there is an order that no one claims and then thatone would be mine. While I am standing there, The previous ordering line has grown to over ten people. Standing there, I get amessage that I am refunded for the purchase. I think now I have to go and stand in the line again and pay for the hamburger.Once I get up to the counter, the grill worker says that the bag sitting there is my order that was not claimed and asked me ifI want the second hamburger. I said no and that I would prefer one that was still hot. He said the manager was not available togive me a refund for the malfunctioning automated ordering machine and that I would have to call and try to get it refundedlater. The burger wasn't that good either and even more of a disappointing issue to add insult to the disappointment of eatingthis burger. Read more
Complete incompetence. There are no real people here to take your order, only terminals. When the terminals crashed, the people... behind the counter just said they couldn?t do anything: they could not help or take our order. They just had less to do, Iguess. Eventually one terminal rebooted but by then most of the people standing in line stormed off. Read more
There are couple of vegetarian options (thankfully) , but during our visit we had only one choice to choose and it was Black... bean burger. Burger was okay, bun was all crumbly. Fries were good. Order at the kiosk yourself. There are couple of tables tosit and eat. Read more
Service was pretty quick. You order and pay at a machine which helps keep the lines moving pretty steadily. I decided to splurge... a little and got the farmhouse burger which was pretty good. The meat tasted like a decent quality and above par for fast food.You are in the airport so I guess that along with the better quality is why it came with the $10 price tag for just the burger.The fries were okay but $4.30 was a little steep in my opinion for the size but they did seem like they were fresh cut so I'llgive them that. I just personally like my fries crunchy on the outside while meaty on the inside. These were kind of floppy andsoft but at near they were skinny and overcooked. I guess that's the thing with fries, everyone has a different preference. Thewife had the Beyond chicken tender sandwich. She said it was good and that she'd order it again in the future. It was her firsttime trying the Beyond chicken. I'd only heard of the sausages and burgers. Coming in at $13, that Beyond stuff is typicallyaround that price so no complaints. They have a couple tables to sit at in the immediate area but you'll more than likely needto grab your bag and hele on. I was surprised to find this location open for breakfast when I was passing through the terminal around 8am and decided to give... it a shot. Breakfast prices are CHEAP ? each entree is $4.50-$5.75 ? which is almost unheard of in the airport setting! Iordered The Ranchers breakfast bowl for $5.75, and it came with a hearty serving of fresh ingredients and a fried (read: notmicrowaved) egg! I was very pleased with my experience, and especially pleased that I was able to dodge a stale, microwavedoption from the coffee shop in the terminal. The seating area is also a nice perk. Read more
Easy ordering via the kiosk. Our order was ready soon after. Just like with everything at the airport, everything was... overpriced, but at least the food we ordered was delicious and was really fresh. The mushroom Swiss burger did not skimp ontoppings and the brioche bun was soft and fresh. We also ordered a salad that was really good as well. We added egg to thesalad, assuming it would be a boiled egg, but it was a fried egg instead, which was a pleasant surprise. Really good! Read more
Ordering was extremely easy at a self-checkout kiosk. Food didn?t take too long to come out, I got mine in less than 10... mins. Ingredients seemed high quality and tasted good. There?s a small seating area with about ~9 tables, and they?remoderately busy around lunch time. You can also order to-go. It was less than $13 for quinoa bowl (spicy avocado quinoa bowl).Overall, good experience. Read more
