Disappointing. Staff tries mut has no competency. Counters are dirty. Look cluttered and like the back of a warehouse. Very... expensive $7 for a small dish. We love Ben & Jerry's ice cream and it's always a thrill to be able to go to a shop and get it in ways other than pints. Cones,... shakes, sundaes, dishes, you name it, they've probably got it! I had a most delicious half baked shake with whipped cream. Theextra cherry on top, super kind and friendly staff! Definitely a good place to pick up a nice treat while wondering themarketplace. Visited the shop today and ordered one of the DAIRY FREE options for my allergic daughter. The girl repeated what I said and... went to the back to scoop it and to make sure there was no cross contamination. She came back, gave it to my daughter, and mydaughter took a bite. She gave my daughter the wrong ice cream and it had dairy!!!! I explained to them how dangerous that couldhave been because anaphylaxis can happen. They couldn?t have cared less. DO BETTER.
