I guess Big Bites is back under the old management (and is called Buffalo's pizza now)? Pizza was tasty, service was good.
Usually very good food and service however since they changed hands very inconsistent!! Called a day in advance to ask questions... to prepare for a large order. Everything sounded great until the next day we called to order no answer. Place shut down with noexplanation. I understand things happen but this is why we called in advance. Should have know better due to the inconsistency.Never again! Read more
If I could have given this place a negative I would. The prices in the store are different than on their website. I go to pick... up my food and the total caught me off guard. So I checked again online saw the discrepancy and showed the manager/owner for himto see. So after he looks I ask him if I'll be getting my things for the online price and he says "no that's not my issue". Ithen ask for his name so I can report them to the BBB and he goes behind the counter and into the back and completely ignores apaying customer. Horrible customer service. I still will report this place. Will never return here. Read more
I have visited Boston and lived in the JP area for 5 weeks. Big Bites was really a very good place where to eat pizza, pasta... and other food. Ergyst with his brother and the other people were extremely kind with me and my family. Thanks!! Read more
Tip of the day, add some salt and black pepper to the food specifically the flour for the tenders it goes along way. This food... is nothing compared to Kikkis My Big Fat Greek Pizza Read more
I have ordered from this restaurant twice using GrubHub, the delivery was fast and the food was even better. I absolutely love... the chicken kabob dinner, with the most delicious onion rings I have ever tasted I also love the fish and chips dinner (coleslawis delish). In addition the amount of food they put in one box can feed two people, so you get value for your money. LOVE these guys, and their pizza! It helps that we are in the neighborhood and have been going here since before it became Big... Bites - but if I'd never been, I'd still be very pleased. The people are friendly and neighborly and the food is great - ampletoppings on the pizza, lovingly prepared and perfect for my tastes. What more could you ask for? Read more
Always acknowledge appearance of location, nice and clean, spacious, not much of a wait. First time visiting and I'll visit... again, worth a second shot food was good and hot, pizza pasta and had a pepper steak and onion sub. Read more
