I personally work in food service and this was the worst service I have ever received. For context, my boyfriend and I walked in... and we were the only two in line the whole time we were there. There was no pile up of online orders or any obvious currentrush. We weren't acknowledged at all and stood there for about 8 minutes until someone asked if we had ordered. Our orders werewritten down but then the employee walked away and we were ignored for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile the staff was milling arounddoing other things extremely slowly, or making orders that weren't even taken for anyone they seemed to be for themselves or forfriends that were sitting down waiting for them. My order was finally prepared, and I went up to the register to pay for me andmy boyfriend after telling them we were ordering together. They took another 7 minutes after I paid to even start preparing myboyfriend's pizza. As he finished ordering the employee at the oven said my name and served me the wrong pizza. I informed himit wasn't mine and he didn't say anything he just took the pizza back and ignored me. My boyfriend and I went to sit down, I gotmy pizza and a few minutes later he got his. When his name was called he went up and said "order for (his name)?" and theemployee who had called his name looked at him, went on his phone for a minute, and then went back to cutting my boyfriend'spizza and serving it to him. No one was in any way welcoming and we were blatantly ignored so many times. There was absolutelyno reason for the service to be this horrible. The bathroom was also disgusting: toilet paper out, two loose rolls on thehandrail, scraps all over the floor, dirty toilet seat, and an empty and broken soap dispenser. Read more
Pizza was good. They messed up the order on one of the pizzas and when it was ready it just sat on the rack until we literally... had to go up there and ask him if he was finally ready. Very frustrated! Really only five pieces of basil? That's all they couldspare? Pretty bad! Read more

Pizza was good, prepared fast, but very individual sized and for the price, I'd want a bigger pie. Parking was an absolute... nightmare, very limited meters out front and on the entire block. 4 if I remember correctly. It's pretty good, considering I get the keto pizza which is all about, you know, fake crust. It's pretty good as edible... cardboard goes! But it makes for a passable pizza experience when you're dying for pizza but really aren't supposed to have it.For me, it works. I would recommend it and I have gone back. Read more
I've gotten take out and delivery several times here and for the most part their pizza, the dough, is always very consistent.... Out of these 3 pizzas, the last one was my favorite- ham, mozzarella, basil, arugala and balsamic drizzle. It was light and theperfect mix. Used to be very good with decent service. It was not when we went last week. The place was nearly empty. We were the only people... in line. Took 15 minutes to be waited on. Then, they boxed up and gave my husband's pizza to someone else. The pizza was goodenough. It used to be excellent. We will probably find a new option for a quick dinner before ashow at the Paradise.
