Amazing boba shop when they can actually stay open or don?t run out of boba. If they do need to close down for the day they... should at least update online to show that they are closed for the day so people don?t order online or show up. Love the bobahere but it?s very disappointing Read more

I tried the Strawberry smoothie with boba (tapioca), this drink almost made me gag of how bad it was. I was not satisfied like I... expected. The place is really nice, and has some games to enjoy while waiting for your horrible drink. Wouldn?t recommend. Read more

One of the most pathetic experience ever in my life. The server is the rudest and her name is Ruby. She shows middle finger to... customers. I also have video of her pathetic pathetic behaviour. She has a very tough attitude and this is the first time this?Ruby? person who is a server. The server forgot to add what was in the ticket and she tells the customer its not my fault. Idon?t understand how do the owners hire them. She called the cops because she says she is full time Read more

There are a few things not so great about Boba Me but aesthetics isn't one of them. Located in the Mission Hill neighborhood,... Boba Me is a relatively spacious, clean, and modern boba shop with nice decor and cute cups. I am a huge fan of those plasticcoffee-esque cups and the ones here are super sturdy. "Peace, love, boba" because boba = happiness. Love it. I opted for thebrown sugar milk tea with boba. At first glance I thought it was a beautiful drink with the brown sugar streaks running down thecup. First sip...I thought it was super sweet. I couldn't exactly pinpoint what I didn't like about it but my drink overall justtasted like sugar water. It wasn't as milky as I would have liked. Brown sugar milk is definitely the trend and I've had itsuper sweet but there was something about the sweetness here at Boba Me that gave me a headache. The boba was also way too chewyfrom being on the hard side. The boyfriend got the taro milk tea and wasn't a fan either. The texture was just off. I realizethat it's hard to make taro milk tea without powder but I think the powder they use contributes to the weird texture of thedrink. If we were to come back we'd probably opt for the fruity teas instead of milk teas and see how those go. We love the cupsthough so thanks for the souvenir! Read more

I recently followed a -grammer who said this place is better than Kung Fu and just a notch shy of Gong Cha. That was enough to... pique my interest, so on a spectacularly warm March day, we decided to walk to Boba Me in Mission Hill. The space is open andwell-lit, and there are nice games like Jenga, etc. on the tables for you to play while sipping your boba. We got the blacksugar boba, 25% and it was really tasty. The boba were a bit on the smaller side, and less gelatinous and more chewy, and just atad sweet -- all in all, very yummy. The tea itself was also quite good, although light on the tea flavor and heavy on themolasses. I actually loved the smokey, spicy bite of the molasses but I could see it being a little bit much for people who aremore used to traditional milk tea. We also couldn't resist the flaming hot Cheetos crinkle cut fries. While I'm pretty surethey're just microwavable fries topped with crushed flaming hot Cheetos dust and sour cream and cheese, it was AMAZING. Slightlyspicy, crunchy, greasy, and yummy; good portion size too. All in all, we paid $10 for the two items and enjoyed ourselves alovely game of Jenga. I'll be back! Read more
