I have never been to Bruegger?s before. I walked in and patiently waited in line while a customer was rung up. As I stepped up... to order I was then advised I had to go to the right to order. People who entered after I did were then taken care of first. Not a big deal, but the tone was rude without reason. The other customers knew I was there before them, but their poor mannersare on them. The person taking food orders was rude and came across like it was a personal irritation to her to have to takeorders. She also seemed upset that I didn?t know they were out of a particular bagel. Didn?t look at us when we othered and glared when we couldn?t hear her over her sweeping. Commented in Spanish about ?Americans... and their fats? Literally the worst service I have ever experienced at a brugglers (just go to the one in Brookline, it?s waybetter) Read more

This place is really hit or miss on the quality of both the service and food. First time I went, the service was very rude and... didn't seem to care. It put me off going for a couple of months. I decided to try it again a week ago and the service and foodwas great. Thinking they've turned a new leaf, I tried Brueggers again. Once again the staff was rude, they got my order wrong(wrong cream cheese) and didn't even bother to cut the bagel. I believe it was the same staff as the first time. Possibily the most dirtiest Bruggers location i have ever been to..awkward service. Even ordering ahead of time, they managed... to not make my order..
