2/5 Stars. Food and coffee are great. Came at 1:30 pm and had one person working behind the counter during lunch rush. This... might be the reason why service, albeit quite swift, was incredibly curt, i.e. rude. Don't be so mean to someone who just saidtheir order. Also a first-timer. Will come back, but relax next time. Edit: Came back 2nd time. 3 people behind the counter. And guess what!? No one was mean! There was small talk, time to ask brief questions or consider your order, and (believe it ornot!) some simple please and thank yous! Whoever you had working today should be models for the terrible service person behindthe counter last Monday afternoon. Read more

I absolutely adore Caffe Nero's vibe in all their locations. This one is a popular local spot and gets busy at times. These guys... are understaffed, but they get stuff done and are very nice, to boot. Unfortunately, sometimes they need to adjust their hours, but that's the story today... Read more

It has a very rustic feel to cafe. Very calming atmosphere with great food. They have an amazing bacon onion jam grilled cheese

The past 3 weeks I've head early shifts to where I need to be at work by 7am. Love caffe Nero coffee, but every time I arrived... or tried to get coffee and breakfast from here before work the door is locked. Always someone still setting up pastries or todaythe woman inside stared right at me as she walked away back downstairs to what I assume is the storage room. 6:38, 6:40, 6:46,all times where I arrived and the door was still locked. Called, am staring at the person inside ignoring and not picking up thephone! If you're suppose to open at 6:30 why is it nearly 6:50 and the door is still locked. I had to settle with Dunkin' Donutsthe past 3 weeks and it's just annoying no one can even be bothered to pick up the phone to confirm what time do they in factopen, the automated message says 6:30. Do better AM staff and managers Read more

The staff here are incredibly kind, efficient and willing to help. I love their vegan breakfast sandwich and they make good... coffee for a chain. Great place to come and work and spend some time, you?d be in good company. I definitely enjoy going hereand getting a coffee or snack in the morning. Read more

I was served raw chicken. I started to eat while I was on the move so I didn?t stop to inspect my food which was a huge mistake.... After realizing the chicken was as soft and chewy as the mozzarella I decided to examine the chicken and it was RAW!! I knewsomething was off my the texture and taste. If I get food poisoning I?m suing. You would think an expensive sandwich would atleast have cooked chicken. Never coming back here. Read more

Well, I guess these Cafes' are, somewhat of a relatively new franchise/chain, perhaps only located on the East coast. Never... heard of them on the west coast before. Quite possibly, trying to copy the enormous materialistic conglomerate of Star"Bucks". And, also of, many smaller privately owned real Cafes', of true Italiano/French decent. Anyways, aside from thesmall-minded materialistic intentions of most modern places, these days. It does do an excellent job, in recreating, a rusticItalian atmosphere, with decor, lighting and furnishings. Even an awesome centered fireplace???? ???????????????? Really coolor Hot, which ever is your preference. Unfortunately, only a couple of real Italian pastries, cannolis and somewhat of atiramisu. But no Neapolitans the absolutely most delicious pastries. And, it's great that they have music, in thebackground. However, the selection, could be far better ???????????????????????????? Anyways, Cheers and enjoy.??????????????????? Read more
