Thought I could find a quiet place to do my work but it was the most uncomfortable. Very noisy with the music on high. Fruit... flies flying everywhere including on the food. It was also incredibley hot inside. It was my first time there and I had decidedto get the banana bread and politely asked the guy if he could warm it and he snatched it out of my hands and gave an annoyedglare. I got the iced mocha coffee with oat milk and the iced chai latte with oat. The iced mocha coffee was delicious and the mocha... flavor was subtle, which I appreciate. The mocha latte is definitely on the sweeter side, the coffee is not at all bitter. Sizesrun big compared to other coffee shops I've been and a medium size is decently big. I got the iced chai for my partner and hesaid it was one of the richest chai lattes he ever tried. Read more
Great vegan sandwich! I've heard about this place as one of the best coffee shops in Boston and I agree. However, don't get the... frappe. It had chunks of ice (not smooth) and wasn't flavored enough at all. The hot oat milk latte was great. Read more
My first Cafe Nero experience! I loved the chicken croissant, rest everything else was average. The service was good. But I... would rate it 3.5/5 if google had that option. They location is the key! I am not sure of stepping in any other Cafe Neroagain! Read more
Came in during a bitterly cold day, and immediately felt so relaxed. Cozy seating, fireplaces, and great nooks for reading and... snacking. Food is also pretty good, so be prepared for a very cozy hour or 3 with great snacks, pastry and coffee. Read more

I've been to a few Caffè Nero locations. This one isn't up to the standard of the others. Dressing in puffer jacket while... working behind the counter serving food is not professional. The food handling practices were completely wrong. The server usedhis bare hands when handling the food. The same server made the worst lattè coffee I have ever had. I took one sip anddiscarded the remainder because it was undrinkable. It also wasn't filled to the correct level in the cup - not that it matteredin the end. I wont return to this location.
