Experience in this location is very poor, especially compared with other Cafe Nero places in the city. The place is as dirty as... a subway's fast food. Staff is a loud group of unexperienced ones who took two minutes chatting and joking between each otherbefore I eventually asked them to be helped out at the checkout. They continued to be loud and it was hard to ignore it whiletrying to read/relax. Read more
This was one of my favorite coffee shops until they have new people who don?t know what they are doing. They gave me a latte... this morning that tastes like plastic. The manager must taste the new hire drinks before letting them make it for customers.Customers shouldn?t be part of testing. Thanks for making great drinks for me in the past. It?s a cute setting but I?m not going back. The barista took our order while sipping her own beverage and immediately made one... of our drinks with the wrong type of milk. The mocha had no coffee flavor and the ?chai? only tasted like milk. It was adisappointing way to spend $12. Don?t bother. Put milk in ice at home. Right on a bus line. Limited street parking. A good spot to grab a coffee. It has plenty of seating area you will find this place full with students.
Very nice place on Commonwealth Ave no ear Boston University. I ordered cappuccino with a muffin. Service was professional, food... delicious, and the setting is very welcoming. I liked the place a lot and will definitely visit it again. 3 hours of free WiFiare also offered here (no Netflix or YouTube though). Read more
I went yesterday morning 11/23 for a coffee and there was no greeting, didn?t even look at me, had a bad attitude, and then... didn?t give me enough change back. I got short changed. I wasn?t even told my total and so when I tried to verify with them, Iwas met with an eye roll and decided it wasn?t worth arguing. There are too many other cafés in town to ever want/need to gohere.
