Three lazy women work in here and the 300lbs+ employee always so mean to the students. She yelled ?How can I help you?? then... laughed at everyone. If you want to order a bakery to warm up. They will told you to use library microwave bcz they are lazy todo it. Read more

Service was ok. Very understaff between 5-7pm. Ambiance is amazing. Smell is vibrant. Food selection are plenty. Coffee is warm... and smoothly bold. Read more

I have only gotten coffee once from another Cafe Nero. Their coffee is pretty good and served at a decent temperature... -reasonably hot to enjoy on a cold day. This was my first time ever ordering any bakery goods at any Cafe Nero. So I will saythat I think if you get anything as far as bakery goods you might want to check it for freshness. I got two apple Cider donutsand they were about as stale and tasteless as I have ever gotten anywhere. I didn't check them until I'd walked back home or Iam sure the Cafe Nero employee would have made the situation correct. But I had already gotten home and didn't want to walk backover two donuts. So I didn't. But I will definitely check my bakery items purchased before leaving the store from this point on. Read more

Your typical chain cafe, the chai latte is what I am always after. Here it?s less sweet than most American cafes but not by... much. Can?t really speak about anything else because I don?t drink café. The ambiance is basic and the seating outdoors I verylack luster. Just walk across the street to the Christian Science Center and NorthEastern campus to have a more relaxed view. Read more

This is the perfect place for students to study! Outlets at every table, spacious booths and large tables, and delicious drinks.... There was one day where I was studying with my friend and the barista Brittany came over with caramel frappes for us because shehad made extra. Thank you so much Brittany!! Read more

This location is very close to my apartment and I love coming here every weekend. Definitely the best place to study/work and... grab some coffee and croissant with a friend ;). They have outlets available in almost every seat. The baristas are probablythe friendliest ones I've met in Boston. Clean restroom. 10/10 recommend Read more

One of my favorite places to sit and study in Boston. They have great coffees, but the coffee is quite expensive like it is in... other caffés in Boston. I usually get a hot latte from there which is always exceptional. The best part about the caffé is thegreat lighting and the rustic look. It is an ideal place to sit and relax, read a book, or study as it is usually very quiet. Read more
