This is one of my favorite places to eat in Fenway! I love their greens and grains bowls. Service is also great! I was there... earlier and they were busy, so we had to a wait a little bit, but the worker, named James, was so nice about it and made up forthe fact that we had to wait! I will be coming back!! I got two orders completely and totally messed up. I ordered 2 plates both with meatballs and one of them extra meatballs. Its... supposed to be a total of 12 meatballs in total with both plates. We only got a total of 7 meatballs. Not only that, but thedressings were not correct, the ingredients in both bowls were totally messed up. Its like they did 2 random bowls without theingredients we ordered. Its disrespectful as to be honest its not hard to put 2 bowls with the correct ingredients as its statedin the online order. I can also understand if they are rush, I also worked in a food place, but the place couldn't be emptierwhen I arrived the night 6/9 at 8:45pm. Terrible service with no excuse at all. This was my first time at Cava and boy was it memorable!! 1000% get the hype around their fantastic food. Everything was... incredibly fresh from the rice to the protein to the toppings, could not have asked for a better experience. The drinks werejust as good, not too sweet but satisfying. And the cookie?! Highly highly recommended by our wonderful cashier James. Heanswered all of my questions beautifully and had great recommendations.
