Charlie?s Philly Steaks has gained a new fan. Honestly I?ve been to this place a few times and every time they have gotten... better. Not only did I get a solid Philly BBQ Steak Sub I also got loaded fries for FREE. The Sub was delish and the heat ofpeppers and the sweetness of the BBQ made the sub taste like Heaven . Even after I reemphasized my self-identity, the salesclerk remained to insist her point of view and strongly urged me toaccept her disrespectful statement. This was my first time eating from this place. The food was tasty, the restaurant was immaculate, but most importantly, the... staff was amazing! I'm an observer, so while I waited for my food I observed the cashier. There was an elderly man who used acane to get around. This cashier went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only help me, but to help the elderly gentlemen as well. She wasfarely young, so I was amazed by her willingness to help. Her attitude towards the job was a pleasure to see. You don't see thatmuch anymore from our youth. Very respectful! Her name is NeNee! She really made me smile!
