While in Boston I was craving kabob/gyro platters similar to halal guys. Luckily we found Chicken and Rice Guys! Going in I was... not sure what to expect, but the place had high reviews. I ended up getting the regular combo which looked like nothing special.However, the sauce they had available made all the difference. I love my sauces so I was really excited! I used the creamygarlic, bbq and the mint, cilantro & jalapeno sauce. The sauces with the meat was a fantastic combo! Overall, this place thebiggest stand out were the sauces. This is a decent gyro spot. Not much flavor in the rice but chicken was moist and was flavorful. Beef/lamb in the other hand... tasted bland. I did enjoy the variety of sauces they offer that you don?t usually see at a halal place. Read more

This is the second time that the quantity of chicken is very low compared to the usual. First time, I sent the picture to their... Instagram account. They apologized and offered to refund my money which I accepted. Went there again a couple of times sincethen, loved it! But this is the second time they have done this. Not cool. Very frustrating. Good value halal food that is very similar to the Halal Guys. Had their plate with chicken, rice, and lettuce, and I liked how... they had a variety of sauces available at the store which allows you to customize your plate depending on your preference. Therice grains, however, weren?t exactly my favorite: they were bigger than the ones at the Halal guys, and the texture was a bitmore dry. Otherwise, I enjoyed my plate overall, and it?s a nice spot to drop by for a quick meal if you?re tired of going toother fast food spots in the area. Read more
