the taste of the food does not have enough seasoning, the drinks run out of stock and they do not replace them, the employees... feel tired and discouraged, they do not ask or give you a receipt for what you buy. a little disappointed in the place. Read more

I don?t even know where to begin this review. But the best way to describe this experience: RIPPED OFF I placed a mobile order... through the Chipotle app, and upon arrival, I noticed that they had been slammed with mobile orders. The first issue was thatthe employees neglected to communicate with the customers, would never announce when someone?s order is ready. Finally, over 20minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I get my order. But that issue doesn?t compare to the atrocity that happens next.After getting home, we open up our containers to find out that we didn?t even get HALF of what we were supposed get. 2 of the 3bowls NO meat, hardly any beans, and they were all missing multiple ingredients. The burrito was HALF the size it should?vebeen. I?m not sure whether to blame the employee working at the food station, the lack of staff, or the management, but Iwouldn?t be surprised if these were all contributing factors. It doesn?t matter whether this is fast food or not, this isROBBERY, and something needs to change at this location. Read more

Based off of this chipotle experience, I had I don?t think I would ever be going back to chipotle. I ordered online for a 720... pick up and they told me to get in line in order myself at 7:45. While I was ordering, there was one rockstar working the bar,and the woman working the cold bar decided to go on break mid order so then I was left there for about five minutes untilsomebody else decided to come and help me and help the other woman at the bar who is doing everything. Absolutely terrible.needs new management immediately. This chipotle location is an absolute disaster. I wouldn?t recommend it to anybody. Read more

Yeah, this place is a train wreck of a place to eat. Doesn't get your orders right, puts whatever they feel on your food because... they don't have half of the items on the menu that they should, and whenever you go up to order in person you are completelyignored as they worry about the online orders that they also fail at miserably to make. I never plan on ever eating at achipotle again after my experience at this resturant. 1 Star. Worst resturant experience I've had in my life, and I honestlydon't know how its up to the Boston Health and Saftey code. Read more

this place has horrible service. massive warning to never ordering online here. It takes hours longer than the wait time the app... says. Ordering in-person is better but the portions they give are minimum. I get way more food from any other chipotle i?ve beento. Read more

I have tried ordering here twice, both times through their mobile app. Both times I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, using... the order scheduling system in app to pick it up right when I got off work for lunch. Both times I had to wait in excess of 30minutes to actually get my order (i.e. placed an order at 12:30 for 1:00 pickup, didn?t get food til 1:30 or 1:45). First time Ifigured it was just an overly busy day, second time I figured that?s just how this location is. I would stay far away from themobile app ordering for this location, waiting in line will save you a ton of time. Careful when you go though, sometimes theywill be doing only online orders and not allow ordering in person. I won?t be coming back to this location, I don?t like wastingmy entire lunch break waiting. Read more

Store was out of steak, sour cream, brown rice, lettuce, corn, and cheese (along with Coke Zero in the fountain). If you're... going to be missing half the ingredients, why not offer 10% or 20% off? Or a free drink? Employee was unable to ring up giftcard properly and was a tad surly. And my burrito bowl was beyond salty, to the point of being inedible. And will they everoffer whole wheat tortillas? Read more

As good as any Chipotle I?ve been to. Food is flavorful and employees are nice and friendly?usually. Unfortunately, since coming... more, I have had encounters where the employees gave me unnecessary attitude. So, hit-or-miss with that, I guess. Read more
