Ciao Roma has been a very special place for us to have dinner in the North End. We first went in the spring of 2020 where we ate... outside on the patio on North Square Park. We met the owner that evening and he told us that the pasta fresh. Since then we’vealways gone back for more. The food continues to be excellent, the servers and bartenders are always hustling, and theatmosphere is warm both inside and out. We love sitting downstairs by the bar but also enjoy the upstairs, overlooking the park. Our dinner this week was so good, we’re going back this weekend. Highly recommended! Read more

Ok - we have been to a lot of restaurants in the North End - and by far this one takes the cake. We truly had a wonderful Sunday... night. Our sever, Russell was incredible. He knew the dishes well and knew what to recommend. He also was kind and personable. As a true Italian, you can tell when restaurants skimp on the good stuff, and this one did not disappoint. The red sauce wasflavorful and the carbonara was portioned perfectly! We can’t wait to go back! Read more

I had reserved my table and wee were still eating dessert and we had been there an hour and 20 minutes and they KICKED US OUT... since “they had that table reserved”. Apart from that the weather is 92 degrees and everyone was sweating in the restaurantand they did not turn on the AC after multiple tables asked for it. The food was good but not excellent. I would not recommend it to anyone, since there are better restaurants with food and attention in the North End. More reviews in Instagram @pa.babear Read more

Booked a table in advance, the outdoor seating is good, but there was no shade/tent. The weather was beautiful with some wind,... the vibe was great. The staff is very friendly and the service was quite quick. I liked their strawberry mash drink, also hadHugo and violet hour, along with calamari and fusilli pasta. My fav was fusilli vodka! Great ambiance. Food was a 9 not a 10. Waitress was very nice and friendly. However, when ordering an espresso, bring sugar and... an appropriate spoon. NOT a tablespoon!!!! You’re an Italian restaurant. Act like it. Demitasse spoons are affordable. Read more

As a date place, love it. Staff are very friendly, and the ambiance is pretty intimate, so for bringing someone for a date,... definitely recommended. The food though, didn't knock my socks off. It was filling, sure. But the taste as served was not thatremarkable. Adding pepper and cheese improved it quite a bit. Their wine list is also pretty large, but the cocktails on themenu aren't as many, but the ones that are are tasty. Read more
