The whole hotel is so pretty and the history is so interesting that it used to be a prison. All the bars/restaurants and parts... of the hotel have the jail cell bars. We just went for dessert, which was delicious and beautiful (and pricey). The chef clearlyputs a lot of thought into her dishes. Read more
While the allure of the location may seem exciting, be sure to review the menu and plan your parking before arriving. There are... particularly limited options for those who are vegetarian or vegan. That being said, while the menu is seemingly very limited,our waiter said they could make whatever we wanted - so we all ordered things from off the menu & it turned out great. The friesare just okay. They also don’t have lettuce, so the burgers came with arugula. The service is 5-star, the limited menu is justsomething to make note of. Read more

Just recently had brunch here and I had the chicken thigh sandwich and the other diner had the burger. Both were expertly... seasoned and the presentation and plating were perfection. Our entrees were followed by a passion fruit creme brûlée. Thedessert was absolutely delicious- light, and a perfect blend of flavors and plated beautifully The ambience was inventive anda blend of contemporary, steam punk and extravagant beauty and attention to detail. Clink and The Liberty Bar were on our To Do list. Glad we got here, even if it was only for happy hour. This place is off the... charts. Since it was a former jail you may think it would be a little creepy. Just the opposite. Cool lighting. Little artifactsfrom it's time as a jail are scattered throughout. The lobby has a hip vibe. The bar and food menu are exciting. Although wedidn't eat, the people around us were raving. There is also a full service restaurant Can't wait to go again on our next trip. Read more
Unbelievable . Such a cool atmosphere and the food was unreal. Definitely pricey but worth it. 100% should get the shrimp and... grits as it was creamy but lite at the same time. They do have an ever changing menu but was soo yummy Read more
