Listen to the bad reviews. It?s been well over 2 hours and I haven?t received any food! The wait was between 80-100 minutes.... Here I am 126 minutes later starving with no update. I?ve called over a dozen times literally and NO ONE PICKS UP! Horribleservice, terrible customer service, don?t order from here unless you?re planning to eat 4 hours after your order. This domino's is horrible you could call about 40 minutes early to order online before 1am or to ask a question and they hang up... the phone 3 times on you so rude people and the manager they can't run the business listen if you can't work with people youshouldn't work there because you are dealing with all types of customers ok and people are hungry why close early and have aattitude corporate should take action have them trained in a good fashion way or investigate the situation I will never orderfrom here or waste any money in this domino's in east boston. Very poor management from A to Z. Ordered on Monday night , store closes at 1 am I ordered at midnight. Food was marked ready on... the app at 00:24, i was there at 00:26. When i got there despite the computer screen showing my food was ready the asian ladymanager who was so overwhelmed mumbled something I could not comprehend. Then went to the kitchen, and started making my order,so I ask her are you making my order when it says its ready. She said "5min im overwhelmed I can't". So I waited an extra 20 minalong with a latino kid who works at the kitchen but was standing next to me because he wanted to leave early. The asian managerwas doing her best but she handled my food with her bare hand and she was sweating. If someone thinks im making this up checkthe camera at 00:23 on 6/8/2021. She then gave me my sub half cooked without the ingrediends and the cheesy bread with ham whenI don't eat pork (ordered a regular one) for religious reasons. She decided to make me pay for my order despite the facts thatthe food was incorrect and incomplete. Get ready for mistakes when it comes to this place ! Read more
Well... Domino's is Domino's and I don't expect artisan crafted, farm to table pizza. I do expect an easy online ordering... experience and basically the same dining experience if I order it anywhere in the world (Quito Ecuador store gets 6 stars). Ihave ordered from this store at 1144 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128 approximately 9-10 times. To this day I find myself orderingand thinking they can't possibly screw up my order AGAIN.. but alas they do.. In the ten times I have ordered I have probablygotten the correct order twice. One of those times it was a free order from caused by screwing up the previous order. Generallythis corporate institution will correct an order and offer a free pizza and that SHOULD make up for their incompetence. Withthis store it does not... because in the time spent correcting an order, asking for compensation, I could have sourced all theingredients and made an amazing pizza myself. Not worth the time wasted getting them to correct an order. Please avoid thisstore if you value your time or money. If you don't care or have time to wait or call the manager please use this store.. I?ve ordered from this location many times. 9 times out of 10 everything goes well and the pizza is ready for pickup when it... says it is ready. I love to use the curbside pickup. There was one time the app told me the pizza was ready so I went to pick itup. When I got there and clicked ?here? it took about 20 minutes more. I ended up going inside and they apologized for themistake. Nice and polite people working here. I?m happy to have them so close. Read more
