Our pizza arrived 2 hours late and the delivery person handed my boyfriend these wet, soggy pizza boxes without saying a word.... The pizzas were soaked and looked like they had been dropped on the ground or in a puddle or something. Also trying to call thestore didn't work because they just kept us on hold for 10+ minutes and then finally someone would pick up without sayinganything and just hang up. I should've referenced yelp reviews for ordering from here, I just assumed since it was a main chainit would be like the others. Horribly mistaken. Read more
I order via the app which has limited substitutes options for allergies so I called once the other was placed was on hold for 10... min and when I finally got in touch because they were too busy to pick up the phone to make sure the order was corrected theperson blamed me for the incorrect order instead of listening to the urgency need to answer my call before starting the order.The guy was flat out rude and should consider a change of occupation if he can?t properly provide good customer service. Made my order at 6:16pm. Website says the delivery guy left the store one hour ago. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone to... speak to someone, the person said it would be delivered in a few minutes. My pizza is still at the store and the website tooldoesn't work (not accurate). I also got an email when I put my order saying it would take from 20 to 30 minutes but so far istaking 1 hour and 20 min (and counting!!!). I'm never ordering from this store again. Edit. Delivery got here by 8pm (almost 2hours after my order). Pizza was cold and they forgot my soda. Again: I'm never ordering from this store. You should do thesame. If I wanted to use the oven to heat food, I would have baked my own pizza. Read more
Trash location. I?m 100% sure they sent me a pizza that was made earlier in the day and was just sitting under the heat lamps.
