My worst experience ever in a restaurant. After 1hour trying to order 1 pizza. Complaining to us and being rude to us, just... because we tried to order an offer. After trying to charge extra money to us without any reason. We ordered a pizza. They did itwrong, a complete different pizza than the one we ordered. Light speed quick, I placed order on the app, realized I added honey bbq sauce along with the pizza sauce, called the store to... remove it from the order and the person understood me and could change it right away. Thanks Dominos team! Read more
Alex the manager is RUDE. I called to ask where my order was an hour after I placed it because it said 30 min to delivery had... remained on "prep" for all of that time. Alex said they were backed up and it would be 1-1.5 hour more. Fine. Then I call backafter 1+ hour, he says another 1-1.5 hour....?? He was sooo rude and he hung up the phone. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Its been two hours and my order is still on "Prep". I politely called to check in and they... said they'd have it ready in 30 minutes. Still says prep. I don't know how this place is still running on such lousy employees,service, and complaints. Doubt I will ever get my pizza. Read more
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing with Dominos. I understand that the... restaurant can get busy and delivery times can be long but my experience with this location is absolutely ridiculous. Deliverytook over two and a half hours, and ANY attempt to call the restaurant were completely ignored, they do not answer the phone. Itis obvious that customer service is not even on this locations mind. If you have the misfortune of having this location be yourprimary store like me, I am sorry. I don?t know why the other reviews are so critical the staff is always friendly and yes they can be busy on weekend nights so... expect a longer wait but you can fix that by ordering before the rush or place an order and pick it up after an hour! The pizzais regular dominoes pizza not the best but you know what you are ordering it?s what you going to get for the price especially inthe city it?s great to get a medium two topping pizza for 5.99 instead of 20 bucks. They alway get my order correct and usuallyready on time but I pick up never done delivery so can?t say much about that! Read more
