I am currently at the 106 Cambridge Street Boston, MA 02114 Dunkin Location. I just watched the female employee with glasses... and a cultural headscarf drop the mixing utensils used to make people?s drinks onto the floor, pick them up and continue to usethem to make people?s orders without washing them. She has been coughing constantly in the food preparation area without makingany effort to cover her mouth. I cancelled my wife and I?s order and will not ever return to Dunkin Donuts. Off hours un-uniformed employees hanging out behind the counter during a morning rush bantering with staff. Staff moving at a... glacial pace, some just standing there watching the chaos with a smirk rather than helping. Received a very wrong, cheaperdrink in the wrong size despite the order number being ours, and rather than raise it with a very uninterested set of workersand wait another 10 minutes, we just walked out with it and took the hit. Edit: from 3 to 2 stars. Have been multiple times at this location and never had a problem until today. The last times I went,... there were 2-3 employees and order would be done right. Today, 4 employees and no one is paying attention to the stickers oreven putting stickers on food to make sure to give the right one to the customers! Cashier lady was nice. But employee who washandling food, messed up multiple orders while I was in the store because he wouldn?t put stickers on the bags, and my husbandreceived one of those wrong orders? Just awful when you add more people but don?t train them properly? And I gladly waited formy food as I was not in the rush, so not complaining about the time. Read more

Took the employee 10 minutes to start making my online order (there was one person in line ahead of me who asked for a coffee... (took 30 seconds to make) Just for him to then tell me they dont have what I ordered. I placed the order online, and instead ofgiving me a refund onto me card he gave me cash. Trash service. Read more
