The absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at one of their stores. They gave me hot steamed milk after saying that I needed... almond milk. When I told her I had a dairy allergy she just filled the same steamer cup with almond milk, didn?t even rinse itout. When I told her I had an allergy again and that it wouldn?t work for me she told me she didn?t understand and there was ahuge language barrier. The other two people working there also did not understand me either when I was trying to place theorder. My friend didn?t get the nitro she ordered because they were out and just subbed it for iced coffee with no refund on theextra spent. I just left after she couldn?t make my drink without cows milk because she couldn?t understand me. I left without arefund because at this point they likely wouldn?t have understood what I was asking for then either. My friend did not like herdrink and threw it out immediately. Waste of $. Had iced coffee. All types of coffee and toppings/sweeteners/milk available. Coffee/drinks come in size of choice including... small, medium , large. Drinks also include chocolate, frozen shakes and more. Snacks include donuts (of all types), breads andbagels (various fillings) and more. Pickup service/option available. Order in shop happens from inside shop kiosk. Location isnext to Boston common park. Giving it 4 stars because shop could be cleaner and service better. Read more

I walked in early this morning around 8:45am here and said good morning to the cashier three times before she looked up from her... phone to greet me. Then after she finished touching monetary transactions she proceeds to make food and drinks for customersbefore I politely asked her if she could wash her hands. Smh..... she was so unpleasant and I?d rather walk a few more stepsaway to another dunkin where I would get better customer service. Read more

the shift leader and another employee kept arguing with me because i told them that my latte was not right. Well, when I told... them to make another one, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. the other guy made me another one and it was good. AlthoughI basically taught him how to make a mocha latter. This dunkin is by far the worst I've ever been too. Of the 4 or 5 times I've gone they have never made me the right coffee. They... have also been continually rude and uncaring. I'm sick of giving them my money and they won't ever see another cent from me. Idefinitly DO NOT recommend. Read more
Almost only ever one employee working this small Dunkin?s, even when there 15+ customers; have never been served in less than 15... minutes. Go anywhere else. Read more
