I ordered omelet bites that was served almost cold
Terrible, terrible, terrible experience for the past few weeks at this location; today was the worst by far - after waiting in... line for 15 minutes I ordered large ice coffee, extra cream, 3 sugar while 3 workers completely ignored the line & filled upthe ice & did "busy work" like making sure all of the stickers were straight as they printed out - finally asked for my coffeewhich had been order now 10 minutes ago (so now in this location for 25 minutes) to be told in an extremely rude manner "we haveno cream, and we have no milk". I asked for a refund to be put back on my card and I was again rudely told to put my card inmachine for refund (which I did). It is now 5 hours later and still no refund on my card, but the original charge of $4.21 isstill there. I will walk an extra 4 blocks to another location before ever setting foot in here again. Not a good place to get your morning coffee. This location prioritizes in person orders over mobile orders. Don't order ahead... here you'll wait 3X as long as just standing in line. Read more
I like my expresso done perfectly, and they really can make a lady blush with their unique designs.
Mornings: Place is a disaster. Not once have I walked in and not waited 12 mins or more. Now imagine waiting another 10 mins... because they got your order wrong the first time. Afternoons: Although its dead in there, if you place a mobile order, it stillwont be ready in 10 mins. I walk in and the girl is on her phone. I ask about my VERY SIMPLE food order that is not ready yet,she put her finger up and finished her private phone call, and said "oh i didnt see an order", its clearly on the screen on thewall as a pending order, then she slowly starts making your food. Very slow in the morning. I had never seen a Dunkin that got so backed upon drink orders even with the taps. A literal row of... cups. One good employee a young woman at least took over the register to speed things up. I will unfortunately be avoiding thisone in the future. Read more
It's a Dunkin. Hot and cold coffee and food. But- they recently remodeled and use Paper Cups!
The worst service ever, this is the 3 time i had to wait for more than 10 minutes. The 4 people who working inside are... completely clueless, they need to be trained first. An order of a coffee and a toasted bagel should not take more than 5 minutesto be prepared and not 20 minutes. Dunking donuts need to mandate costumer service training for their employees.
