The lady preparing the order today was terribly rude this afternoon. She kept pushing the food aggressively AT us when it was... ready, with a very rude voice and attitude almost yelling at us, unprovoked at all.They forgot to give us an item and when weasked for it, she handed it to us aggressively with a snarky rude attitude. Good but temperature of coffee could be increased. Dunks specs should hover around 200 degrees.
This was a decent enough experience. Some woman taking my order was very rude at first-- impatient and couldn't answer my most... basic questions. But then she got the shift manager (native English speaker) who was much better, and helped me with order viathe app on the phone, so overall pretty decent. It can be sort of hit or miss in Boston. The crabby Massholes are everywhere,but nice people can be found there too. The product at Dunkin was good, although a bit overpriced. Will go back. Read more
