I love dunkin but employees here are racist. They always choose not to greet Asian customers and will never even bother to wrap... the donuts properly for them busy or not busy. Seeing how they respond to non-Asian customers vs Asian customers is almostdisgusting. I wonder if they're all trained to do so because I've seen it multiple times regardless of what time of day it is. Read more

The donuts behind the far left of the food display are crawling with fruit flies. I brought this up with staff who either... pretend not to understand English at that very moment or say management is unable to resolve the ongoing issue. Best ice ???? coffee ??. Butter pecan is back.
Always either moving slow as molasses or don?t make the correct food. The shift manager lady with the black hair in the ponytail... is extremely rude. I asked For less ice in my drink and she underfilled the cup so i asked If she could add more coffee becausei already Know the ratio was off (i worked At Starbucks for 2 yrs, so i know How to make coffee). I asked Her instead can shejust remake it because it won?t taste right. She immediately caught an attitude and said ?well we will just add more milk it?sthe same thing? she?s lazy and rude and frankly i hate Dealing with her in the morning.
