My coffee is perfect EVERY SINGLE time. I go here about 1 time a week and its better than the one across the street. Food is... always good too. No parking because its near government center. Does not have Handicap access. Read more
Received incorrect change and had to wait in line to correct it, then received a cold (not iced; cold and disgusting) "hot"... cappuccino after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Go to a local coffeehouse somewhere nearby, this location doesn't give a f***about its customers. Read more
The customer service was horrible if you?re miserable leave your job but don?t treat people bad. Bought a doughnut so I can use... a restroom and in the restroom there was no toilet paper or plastic white to put on the toilet. I needed toilet paper andsomething to put down on the toilet seat and they had nothing. I went to Ask the manager and he and said I?m sorry we don?thave any. I don?t ask for much but one thing that I do appreciate is for a public restroom to have toilet paper and something toput down on the toilet seat. The people who work there very unhelpful and obviously didn?t care. Really I mean really it wasn?tasking for much I had to go and ask for napkins. I live in Los Angeles and let me tell you I?ve use public restrooms gas stationrestrooms that where way cleaner and better than this place if you know what I?m talking about then that says a lot about thisplace. The doors were locked at 8:50...cleaning is more important than serving customers...why do the Boston Dunkin's close so early... but go West and most towns are open till 11pm...and both of their doors work? I don't understand how they've been open for somany months now with only half of the entryway doors working...no sign to say which one does work. Really? Read more
All of their machines are broken. They don't make any coffee right and it comes out way past burned. The staff has an attitude... problem and snips at the customers as they take their time ruining orders. Wasted 9 dollars there. I am pretty sure they put alittle extra hostility into their service if you happen to be white. Read more
Awful service. The "shift manager" didn't know the menu and barely spoke English, so I had to repeat myself multiple times, and... she still had to get someone to help her. The order queue in the morning is pretty long on a good day. This caused the queueto build up and snake through a pretty small store. I've gone to this DD on other occasions where I had similar experiences. Read more
I wanted a 2 for $4 egg and cheese wake up wrap and the miss communication is crazy they try to sell me sausage egg and cheese... for $4.98 plus taxes which is not about the money .why didn't you guys just tell me the special was no longer available .thatall. i have never had any issue here but i guess there's always a first time.
