Order on the go they do not follow instructions. When you get there they are not making the orders based on who ordered first.... People who ordered in person got their order before me. Unfortunately, this is the slowest Dunkin I ever visit! I suspect they had a training before begin this job. Even if I order in... person or via mobile app, the order is too late and also wrong! Instead of coming this store, I would prefer to walk Dunkinstore in Northeastern. Read more

How hard is it to make a frozen coffee ? If the customer doesn?t like it you don?t have them take it back then had to it and... blend it again. It?s just all liquid not even frozen at this point . I can?t stand to complain about my coffee and the staff noteven care. Hire some people who care about the job and who actually likes working there. The worst dunkin' ever! The staff were staring us down like we owed them alimony or something, all grumpy and angry. That's... after fretting about whether it was good evening or good night, which is beyond the point, but they made sure there was nothinggood about us happening on their store.
