the staff that I deal with is almost always new, and they're not the most consistent in getting my order right. the females... there have been pretty consistent only in how rude they are to the customers. Update: I've tried coming back here a couple moretimes, and have been CONSISTENTLY overcharged for my orders; they refuse to charge me for a refill, despite having my own cup,with the old order sticker still on it. They either charge me for a new coffee, or they charge me for a coffee that's 2 or 3times later than the cup actually is. I would give this location negative stars if that was an option. Absolutely lost all mybusiness from now on, and will advise everything I know to take their business somewhere else. There's anyone Dunkin Donutsabout a block and a half from here, which is the clearly better choice. Read more
My first time at this location and I was very pleased. They were all friendly. The cashier was a trainee and she had a little... issue with placing my order but she didn't make it awkward, she kept a smile on her face which I liked. I ordered hashbrowns andI think they forgot about it? So when they realized they kept apologizing and gave me a few free ones. I unfortunately have to go to this location every morning. The manager doesnt care that people have to go to work. She always... opens late. NEVER ON TIME! I have to leave my place an extra 20 mins early because thats how long i spend in dunks everymorning. No consideration for others or her customers that keep the place a float. Everyday a customer leaves while waiting inline when i come in. Read more
Double D's,=c to be as good as it used to be, they DON'T make the donuts in the individual shops like they used to and they just... aren't the same. The coffee isn't great either anymore at least myself I prefer 7-11 or Cumberland Farms but it will do if youneed a coffee! Read more
This Dunkin Donuts is a wonderfully spacious, sunny and clean physical facility. It has two-story skylights that illuminate... Boston sports team banners that are hung from the two-story ceiling. However, I have been there several times now, and everytime the counter staff acted like customers like me were an afterthought. One recent example was when I ordered a sandwich andtwo hash browns. When I got to my table, only one order hash browns was in the already folded bag. I walked back up to thecounter and my second hash brown (now cold) was under the Pick Up sign. The explanation, "Oh yeah, here is your second one, butyou walked away." Another time I asked to use the locked rest room. The cook person called to someone in the register area wholooked at me and continued what sounded like a conversation about paychecks rather than pressing the button to release the door.I am retired and it's been a really long time since I have felt as marginalized as I have here. The staff are polite and accommodating, but you can't even pay for a hot cup for your iced coffee. The clock is 10-15 min fast... on purpose, the bathroom is out of order A LOT, & there's no tables and chairs on the weekends! I gave it 2 stars because of thestaff & the cleanliness, because it is pretty clean but that's it! Read more
This was a nice place to come for coffee until Liz started. Her attitude and customer service is awful. She acts as though she... doesn't want to be there and takes it out on the public. They are suppose to open at 5am but their always late. When I called tospeak with a supervisor they always say he stepped out. Read more
Pretty average customer service and the prices in my opinion are a little overpriced but most of all, the area is a complete... disaster of a wasteland. The inside gas security just because of the amount of drug selling and fights and whatnot. Other thanthat they do their best with what they have. Read more
