I agree with others on this thread that this is the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive... through line. My order was incorrect (leaving off items I had requested). The lady at the window refused to correct the order. I understand that the restaurant industry is hampered by lack of adequate staffing, but this is unacceptable. Read more
This dunkin donuts is the worst I've ever been to . They are ghetto and very unprofessional. It's my first and last time ever... going there . They are extremely rude and disrespectfull . I simply asked for a plain bagel to be tosted with cheadar cheese andbutter. They put the bagel in the oven to be heated and melted the cheese , I noticed that and simply said that I did not wantthe cheese melted . The girl at the cash register rolled her eyes at me and and said she already melted it ." Basically no " soI put my foot down and said I asked not to have the cheese melted I simply wanted the bagel toasted and the cheese put on after. They all rolled their eyes at me . Not only that , I had to wait almost 15mins for my coffee . They need to really clean housewith the staff over there because it's horrible , within the 20 mins I was there , there were other customers that were upsetalso . The customer service is horrible , horrible over there . Like i said it's my first and last time there . They need tochange management and employees over there . It's very trashy and ghetto and that's sad because it's a very busy locationwith alot of potential for such a bad experience. Read more
Busy yet fast. But the parking is a big problem and there's only one way in or out. Not enough room to fit one car going in, and... one out. I imagine lots of fights. Read more
Went to get a small cup of ice and the lady tried charging me over a dollar for the cup of ice but after looking at what she... rang up it was a donut and she said its there policy to charge. I agree to pay for a cup but dont try and over charge me for it.It was the older spanish lady. i get trying to get sales but your doing the wrong way. Read more
Two of my drinks were not made correctly on what I had requested. One iced coffee was pure cream and sugar and one was... completely black. I had asked for two medium sized caramel iced coffees. When I had asked for my corrected order the staff gaveme attitude to remake them. The one taking my order today was highly rude and giving people death stares if they wanted tochange their order. Long story short, they never remade anything. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. FYI if your paying forsomething, you should get exactly what you asked for. Awful. Read more
They're usually pretty fast and efficient. I've been coming here since they opened. The drove thru can get long lines but I've... never had to wait to long. Food is always good. No complaint. Read more
Worst DD ever. All the so called workers stand there and talk talk talk to each other, instead of doing what they are paid for.... Pour coffee. While people wait like fools.
